Douglas v. Tele-Response Center, Inc. Class Action Proposed Settlement PDF Print E-mail
Class Counsel has entered into a Proposed Class Action Settlement Agreement to resolve the claims of the Class against iPacesetters, LLC for failing to abide by a Writ of Suggestion that was served upon it on about June 28 and/or June 29, 2012, notifying said company that the Class had been awarded a judgment against Tele-Response Center, Inc. on September 7, 2011 totaling $335,975.44 and instructing iPacesetters, LLC to deliver any funds it owed Tele-Response Center, Inc. to Class Counsel until said Judgment was satisfied.  On September 24, 2019, Class Counsel and counsel for iPacesetters, LLC jointly filed a Motion with the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, asking the court to enter a Proposed Order Preliminarily Approving Settlement and to schedule a formal settlement hearing for the purpose of finally determining whether the Proposed Class Action Settlement with iPacesetters, LLC in this action is fair and reasonable and should be given final approval by the Court.

On September 26, 2019, the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia entered an Order Preliminarily Approving Proposed Class Action Settlement Agreement and Scheduling Formal Settlement Hearing which scheduled this matter for a hearing on December 20, 2019 at 10:00 am and can be viewed here:  (insert link to URL on my website where you will post the two page order that is attached to this email)
